Hello, I am Jan de Smedt, CEO and Founder of Fleming Sales Consulting, Sales Excellence Advisors. I have worked in the financial services industry for 25 years as a Sales Executive covering sell-side and buy-side clients in London, New York and continental Europe. I get a lot of professional satisfaction in helping small and medium-sized business owners create extraordinary companies that attract high paying clients and have previously worked with large iconic companies such as UBS, Barclays, HSBC and many others.

The purpose of Fleming Sales Consulting is to help start-ups as well as small and medium-sized businesses with branding, marketing and sales advice. We launched in January 2021 and have since grown into an advisory firm ranging from sales strategy, sales execution, branding strategy, LinkedIn B2B marketing training, leadership coaching etc. All small and medium-sized businesses can achieve great things when they have the courage to be bold and stand out!
